Just returned from my ninth stay @ The Reef and believe it's the only place to stay in Cairns. Location is excellent hard to fault customer service by the wonderful staff @ reception also clean and beautiful amenities. Looking forward to my next Cairns trip.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom (spa bath) and shower were excellent. The pool area could do with a better bar facility as no one was answering the telephone that was provided to call from. We arrived as Cyclone Jasper was approaching. The lockdown was well managed and we were provided for extremely well for the entire time we could not leave the hotel. We will definitely revisit one day in better weather.

This hotel is beautiful, classy, elegant and comfortable rooms. First class accommodation and service was impeccable. I have not come across such perfect service in a long time. Beds are very comfortable, the hotel is very clean & stylish, beautiful artworks, an amazing gym area and beautiful pool with personal drink or food service. I could not fault this hotel in any way. It also has stunning water views, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Do yourself a favour, stay there at least 1 night, it’s awesome. I will be back Pullman

The location was fantastic. Easy short walk to marina and also short walk to heart of the city. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was a served breakfast from a menu and the service was always quick and everything was always delicious with a good choice of menu. It was very clean as well.

The Pullman Reef is a hotel built in the old tradition of a large lobby and large rooms and bathrooms. It is located very near the waterfront promenade where many of the best restaurants in the city are located. Their staff are friendly and well informed about what to do and how to get there. One of the concierge staff, an older gentleman, Matt maybe, was extraordinarily helpful with places to go for dinner and fun activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location, close to everything. Variety of restaurants and bars at the hotel with good food and reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and were very accommodating to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness of room was good with daily house keeping. Enjoyed going to the casino.

Location is fantastic, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and the marina. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The room had everything we needed. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. There was lots of delicious options for breakfast and there was also 3 restaurants in the hotel which is convenient for those who don’t want to venture out.

Exceptional Staff, that can not do enough to help you. If needed. The hotel is old and this is clearly evident in the carpet staining through out the hall ways. Bedrooms are old too, but there is a very clear difference between old and shabby, then old but loved and well maintained. The latter here in this case. Beds very lovely and huge. Rolled freely all night. Ha Ha! Great location to the Esplanade, bars, restaurants, everything!
